Can I change or cancel my order ?
We get it—things happen! If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it’s on its way, but don’t worry—you can return it for a full refund once it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept ?
Due to issues with our previous payment provider, we're only able to accept payment via PayPal for now. We're actively trying to find a solution to provide you with the best services possible!
We're also working on a new crypto payment method (faster, more secure, etc).

When will my order be processed ?
We work fast to get your order to you! Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) and shipped the next business day after processing. During holidays or sales, processing times may take a bit longer. Please note: we don’t ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order ?
Good things take time! Most orders arrive in 1-3 weeks depending on your location and demand. Nevertheless, due to high demand, some orders can take up to 2-4 weeks.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes ?
Our prices are listed tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, you may need to pay customs duties or taxes when your order arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. Unfortunately, we can’t cover these fees or any customs-related delays.
